STEPHENSON
One SAMUEL STEPHENSON is listed in Family Tree Maker's "Passengers and Immigation Lists 1538-1940" as being included in SHELBY COUNTY OHIO'S 1839 "Naturalizations"--in Shelbyana No. 5 (Oct.1980), pp 11-12 (Books 3 & 4), as haing been extracted from minute books in the Clerk of Courts office, Shelby Co; that the title wsas changed to "Certificate of Citizenship Granted - from Minute Books".  There is also an entry for SAMUEL M. STEPHENSON for the year 1842, from "Certificate of Citizenship..."; in Shelbyana No. 7 (Apr. 1981), pp 11-12, Book 4 (1841-1843).
Our ancestor SAMUEL STEPHENSON was married in 1848 in Boone Co KY to Mary Jane REED; they are listed there in the 1850 census with reference that he, SAMUEL, was born 1809-10 in England.
If anyone has access to these naturalization records in the Clerk of Courts office or to the publication referred to (probablyh housed in the Shelby Co Gen. Soc.), or if anyone has any connnection with this SAMUEL STEPHENSON, I certainly will appreciate hearing from you.

KASER
I am looking for info on the KASER family.  They settled in Sidney, Shelby County,Ohio from around 1851.
John and Anna Kaser had 8 children.  They were John, Samuel, Rudolph, Henry, Elizabeth, Jacob, Mary and Conrad.  They met a brother of John's, so I believe there were a few KASER'S already in the area.
