I am looking for information on a Hugh Thompson
and his wife Lucrietia Harlan Baily both were born in Fayette Co.,Pa it
is known that Hugh and Lucrietia had a dau first name is unknown who married
a Mr Mathers, they had atleast two children Elizabeth Mathers and Hugh
Thompson Mathers who was a judge in shelby co ohio. this Hugh Thompson
Mathers wife was Louse Beeson it is very possible that Louise was born
in Uniontown, fayette co pa since Uniontown was founded by the BEESON family.
back to Hugh Thompson he was the son of a HUGH THOMPSON SR 1772-27 nOV
1861 AND his first wife REBECCA_________who died 24 aug 1835 both are buried
in laurel hill cem in fayette co pa.

1830 from VA. Wife Elizabeth CARPER died sometime before 1840 census, when?
James and Elizabeth had 14 children, have all their names but need information
on some . James died 1841, will recorded 23 Sep 1841. Daughter Nancy CAIN
married David BISH, Nancy died 1833 Shelby Co. David moved to Grant Co
IN with brother-in-law John CAIN who had married his sister, Catherine
BISH. The other 12 children all lived in Shelby Co area-need help with
their families. Need descendants of family who stayed in OH. John Cain,
a son, moved to Grant Co IN.

16 May 1778; married Nancy HEDGES. Andrew NOGLE moved from Fairfield County
to Shelby County in 1833 (see History of Shelby County and Representative
Citizens by A.B.C. Hitchcock, pg. 356). Simon NOGGLE, b. 1817 in Ohio married
Rebecca MCCORMICK 20 Jan 1842 in Shelby County. Simon married Polly HEDGES
29 Jan 1846 in Fairfield County. The 1850 Federal Census lists Andrew NOGGLE,
John NOGGLE and Simon NOGGLE in Jackson Township, Shelby County. 1860 census
lists Andrew and Simon in Clearcreek Township, Fairfield County. Andrew
NOGGLE d. 7 Apr 1877 in Fairfield County and Simon NOGGLE d. 13 Jul 1901
in Fairfield County. Children of Simon NOGGLE and Polly HEDGES are: Levi
b. 1849; Elizabeth b. 1850; Clarinda b. 1852; Lucinda and Lucy Ann b. 1854;
Luther b. 1857; Valentine b. 1859; Marion b. 1861 and Mary b. 1862. Simon
NOGGLE and Polly HEDGES are my great grandparents.

of Albert MC ALEXANDER, who was born Aug 29 in either 1849 or 1851 in Shelby
County. His parents were James MC ALEXANDER and Martha OVERBARGER, who
married in Champaign Co May 23,1849. Albert had a sister or half sister
named Victoria and a half sister named Dollie.Uncertain whether James or
Martha or both had children from another marriage.I am also interested
in any connections with a YUTESLER / YUTSLER / YUTSELER / UTZLER family
who also emigrated to Iowa. Albert was a day laborer in the household of
Jasper YUTESLER in Harrison County,IA in 1870 and later married Jasper's
oldest daughter, Elizabeth.Any information on these families in the Shelby/Champaign
County area would be greatly appreciated.

1880 census are Charlie E. and Chloie I. Chloie married Elmer T. Proctor
31 Mar 1897. This is all I have at this time. David C Hair and wife were
listed as heirs on my ancestors warranty deed, and I do not know who they
are. My ancestor is John HAIR b. ca 1818 PA. Any information would be appreciated.

grandparents settled in Russia, Ohio in the mid 1830's. I am told they
are buried in St. Rheme Cem. Their names were Joseph and Ursula FROSSARD.
I am specifically inquiring as to any information on them. I especially
would like information on their former land holdings and possible war records
such as Civil War service with the Shelby Ohio Units.

I am looking for information about the family
of J. Casper Reed (Roeth) b.1841 Prussia d. 1917 Shelby County and his
wife Mary (Maria) b. 1846 Prussia d. 1920 Shelby County. They had three
children Henry b. 1869 Wm. F. b 1871 and Anna M.C. b. 1878. Anna died at
3 mos. Wm. is my great grandfather but I have little information about
him. I have no records about Henry. I would appreciate any information
about this family. William's son, Walter, married Clissie Ruth Apple dau
of Ira Apple and Esther Brandt. I am looking for information about these
families as well. My gg grandfather, J(John?) Casper REED was born in Prussia
in 1841 and came to Loramie Twp., SHELBY Co. in 1857. His uncle, Andrew
(Johan Andreas) REED came later. On tombstones at Wehneman Cemetery on
Miami Shelby Co. Line Rd. they are listed as ROETH and Carl Frederick ROETH's
citizenship papers were witnessed by Casper Reed. Casper REED married Mary,
from Ohio, about 1865. Looking for any connections.

MONFORT. They raised their family in Shelby Co., OH. Their children were
Peter, Ossee (f), and Arthur Monfort Morgan. Arthur (called Monfort) married
his older brother Peter's widow, Rebecca Kelly MULFORD MORGAN. They had
11 children. Any information about any of these families would be appreciated.

Asbury (Asberry) WATKINS, b. 12 Dec 1818 and d. 10 May 1882. He married
Rebecca MOON, b. 2 may 1840, d. 26 Jan 1917. They had 3 children, Elifelet
Asbury Watkins, Cory Emerson Watkins, and Hiram Elmer Watkins. Asbury Watkins
was a preacher and may have been the pastor of Charity Chapel Christian
Church in Shelby County. Any information on any of the above listed would
be greatly appreciated.
