Ida Belle (Davis) Collins. I've not been able to find a death record or

COVALT,
COVAULT, KENTON
I'm looking for suggestions on how to go
about finding the date of death for Robert Simon KENTON. His last child
was born in 1905 and his wife's (Mary Allice COVAULT) obituary says she
was a widow when she died in 1934. I have searched the OGS Death Index
for the years available (1913-1922, 1933-1934). Assuming the index is correct,
that leaves me with about 20 more years to check out! I found Mary Allice's
burial listed in a book of cemetery records (Graceland Cemetery) but could
not find a record for Robert Simon Kenton. Thanks for the help!

BIAM,
LEHMANN
My ancestor, Michel LEHMANN & wife,
Marie Madeleine / Mary Magdelena BIAM, emigrated with children to Stark
Co., OH where they lived for a time before coming to Shelby Co., OH. It
appears numerous other families from Schirrhein, Alsace, France also emigrated
around 1830s to the same area. My Michel was there by 1830. I wish to communicate
with others who may have emigrated from Schirrhein. I have been unable
to locate passenger lists, etc. that might give me exact dates. One godfather
to a son of Michel's emigrated on the ship L'Esperance from L'Harve to
NY in 1828. Does anyone know of this ship or any others that routinely
brought over French settlers?

BIRD,
BUTTERFIELD, CARTER,
WRIGHT
I would like to know why my grandmother,
Emily Bird WRIGHT, carried the middle name of BIRD. The only clue I have
is that her paternal great grandmother, Nancy (Ann)(CARTER) BUTTERFIELD,
wrote her will in the early 1870s in Sidney, Shelby County, Ohio and in
this will she names as one of her executors, Henry C. BIRD from Shelby
Co, Ohio. Nancy, aka Ann, died then in Burlington County, NJ 30 May 1877.
