APPLE,
CORY, ELLSWORTH,
WOOLLEY
I am searching for information on the ELLSWORTH
line of Shelby Co., Ohio. Mary Elizabeth ELLSWORTH was born in 1829 in
Shelby Co. and married Elihu WOOLLEY in 1851, also in Shelby Co. I am looking
for her parents or information on who they might have been. Mary Elizabeth
was listed at age 23 in the Shelby Co., OH 1850 census as living with a
Martha CORY. It appears her parents, or father, may have died by this time.
The CORY and APPLE families appeared to have strong ties with the Ellsworths,
as exhibited in that census. Can anyone help?

CECIL,
COX, GUTHERIE,
GUTHRIE, HANEY,
PATRICK
David HANEY was born in Miami Co. in 1813
and brought to Shelby Co. by his parents a few years later (we believe).
I have a listing of a Jacob HANEY, the oldest of 20 children of George
and Elizabeth HANEY who was born in Miami Co. in 1811, and taken later
to Shelby Co. Is this the family of my G.G.father David HANEY, b.1813.
David m. Malinda CECIL ca. 1840 and later moved to MO. Have data of their
children, the Cecils, GUTHERIE (GUTHRIE), COX, PATRICKS, but cannot prove
back from David. Supposed to be Pennsylvania Dutch heritage. Grateful for
any help.
