Probate file mentions that Eva Daniel resided in McLean township 
and died on December 11, 1871, leaving no will and the following heirs: 
Adam Daniel
Mary B. Daniel
Powell (Paul) Daniel
John Daniel
Henry Daniel
Clemens Daniel
Caroline Daniel
Joseph Daniel

Bondsmen were John Heiser and Clemens Daniel.

It goes on to provide an inventory of belongings and lists that
an Administrator's Sale was held on Janaury 14, 1882.

At the time of her death, Eva's husband (Gabriel) was already deceased and 
she left a minor son (Joseph Daniel, 17 years of age).  Clements (Clemens) Daniel is listed as
Joseph's guardian and it is mentioned that Joseph was living with Adam Daniel.
