Portland Commercial Review, June 5,1991

Janice A. Fullenkamp, 46, 3047Burrvill Road, Fort Recovery, died Tuesday
afternoon in the emergency room of Community Hospital, Coldwater, after a
sudden illness.

Born March 6, 1945 in Sidney, Ohio, she was the daughter of James and
Katherine (Kinstler) Mawhorr, who survive in Sidney.

She was married Nov. 29, 1969 in Sidney to Edward H. Fullenkamp, who
survives. Also surviving are four daughters, Julia A., Kimberly A., Lori M.,
and Amanda M., all at home; and a brother, Dennis J. Mawhorr, Sidney.

Employed in the cafeteria at Fort Recovery High School, she was a member of
St. Joseph's Catholic Church and the church's ladies sodality.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. (Ohio time) Friday at St. Joseph's Catholic
Church, with Father Cornelius Fenton officiating.  Burial will be in the
church cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday and prior to services Friday at
Hogenkamp's Funeral Home in St. Henry.  A wake service will be conducted at
8:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
